ICM Corporation has introduced a new series of speaker compression connectors that use 360-degree compression to create a solid permanent connection. The patented design of the new speaker compression connectors reduces installation time and enhances performance by eliminating loose wires that lead to poor sound quality.
Sound perfection has been elusive due to the lack of a speaker connector that ensures positive conductivity. With 360-degree compression, designers and installers can count on a solid connection, the first time, every time.
The ICM speaker compression series includes the standard straight connector and the first compression right angle connector on the market. Each connector type uses interchangeable screw-on banana plug or spade lugs. The new ICM speaker compression connectors fit 10, 12, 14 and 16 AWG cable and are based on the same universal tool platform (CPLCCT-SLM) as all ICM compression connectors. The connectors come with two color ring locations per connector and are CEA color-coding compatible.
