Solution for JSSolution for J.S residence
Design is for 7 rooms 3 floors. Cable usage estimates are based on installing structured wiring panel on a centrally located wall on 2nd floor for optimal wiring. If this is not possible more cable would be needed. Did not recommend composite cable as you only have 3 video outlets and ordering 500 Ft of composite cable would lead to lot of remenant cable. Instead use individual Cat5e and RG6 cables to wallplates. Please let me know if you are interested in Carlon cable management products and I can add those items as well.
Please read solution specification
below and then look at solution components (links to products) at the bottom to get a complete understanding of

Six types of outlets
VDT : Video, Data, Telephone powered by composite cable
DT : Data + telephone powered by cat5e cables
T : Leviton Out-of-Sight Telephone Jack
HT : Home theater 5 pairs of binding post modules for audio input. Located behind entertainment/TV unit. (Other end terminates
VC : video camera, run one RG6 and 1 cat5e to each of the interior/exterior camera location. Three technologies available, CCTV($), IP camera($$), IP camera with Power over ethernet($$$) wire for both.
CCTV uses 1 RG6 for video and cat5e for 12V DC
IP camera uses cat5e for signal and control and have a 110 V AC close by for power.
IP camera with power over ethernet handles signal/control and power all from one cat5e but is very expensive now.
When pre-wiring for video camera leave ample extra length on camera end and cover gang box with wallplate.
1 VDT on wall behind TV
2 DT on each side of TV
1 HT with wallplate behind TV/entertainment unit and speaker cables going to 4 front/rear ceiling/wall/floor speaker locations and 1 subwoofer location. (Center channel speaker does not require in-wall speaker cable)

1 T for out-of-sight kitchen wall phone. Run 110V power to this unit to ensure cord free Wall Phone installation. note: this item not available until August.
1 VDT on wall accross from bed for future flat-screen TV (this is not in your plan but we would recommend it. Mount wallplate at 4 feet height and cover with a Wall hanging
