Are Items in-Stock? Each product page displays the most accurate In-stock and shipping lead time information. All items are in-stock and ready to ship,

Shipping Estimates? To get an estimate of shipping charges simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to check-out. Enter your Full Shipping address and phone number and the next screen will show you exact shipping charges to your shipping location. Credit-card information is not needed to get the shipping estimate.
Order Status? Once you place your order, we start working on it right away. An email update will provide you with a link you can click to get the latest order tracking information.
Purchase Orders? All sales conducted with a credit card purchase, we do not accept Company P.O's.
APO/FPO Shipping? APO/FPO Shipping handled via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are computed manually, sent to you via email for confirmation before the order ships.
Free Shipping Offer? FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $1000 (48 Contigous U.S. States only). The FREE UPS Ground shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $1000.00. Broadband Utopia reserves the right to apply applicable shipping charges to any such orders. Broadband Utopia may change or discontinue the free or discounted shipping offer at any time. Shipping Policy
We will ship all "Ships next business day" orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Each product page displays the most accurate In-stock and shipping lead time information. All items are in-stock and ready to ship,

If shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of you placing the order with an estimated delivery time. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is added to all Texas orders.
Sales taxes for the states listed above will be estimated online based only on the statewide rate and added to your order using the shipping address that you provide. If your order is shipping to an area that has an additional county or local sales tax, we will add this amount as we process your order. As required by law, all sales taxes are remitted to the appropriate local taxing authorities.
Return Policy
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
Items must be unopened to be eligible for returns. All the cables that are special ordered; and all the non
stock items cannot be returned.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned by Broadband Utopia. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. If the item is returned for exchange or does not meet the requirements the shipping charges will not be credited(refunded).
Product return details
If you need to return a faulty product, email Broadband Utopia at sales@BroadbandUtopia.com. You must provide an incident (or case) number(s) assigned by the product manufacturer's customer support representative. Returns qualified by the manufacturer will be assigned a RMA number and return address by Broadband Utopia. Upon receipt of the faulty product, Broadband Utopia will replace your product with product of the same kind. Returns will be shipped to you by the same method as your original purchase.
Books, CDs, DVDs, Tools, Testers and Structured Wiring Kits are non-returnable items. If you wish to return/exchange an item, email Broadband Utopia at sales@BroadbandUtopia.com. The product must be in resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for return. Books cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible returns will be assigned a RMA number and return address by Broadband Utopia. Broadband Utopia Returns will evaluate the condition of the return, should the return be mis-represented, then the product will be returned to the sender with shipping charged COD. All product returns are subject to a 20% (of the product retail price) restocking fee. A return/exchange RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. Once your product has been received and accepted, your charge card will be credited. All refunds will be made to the original purchasing charge card only, no credits will be made by exchange of product type, check or cash.
All product returns (faulty product, returns, exchanges) must be shipped to:

The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. After 10 business days the RMA expires. Expired RMA packages will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender with shipping charged COD.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can insure and track your RMA package. We accept responsibility for the returned item once it is received by our Returns Department, if it is lost or damaged during shipping, Broadband Utopia will not refund you for this loss.
