|  Belden Mediatwist 1874A Cat6 Bulk Cable Reel 1000 FT plenum Bonded pair technology and cresent shaped jacket design
Unique jacket design locks each pair into its own individual chamber. This virtually eliminates movement of the pairs within the jacket, ensuring that the excellent electrical performance will not be degraded or compromised during the installation process.
To provide better UTP performance, Belden developed an innovative manufacturing process in which the individual insulated conductors are affixed together along their longitudinal axes. This process ensures several key conditions:
- Twisted pair wil not loosen during manufacture or installation,
- Uniform conductor-to-conductor spacing,
- Uniform tension on conductors within a pair during manufacture,
- Uniform twisting of insulated conductors into pairs
- Stable Crosstalk and impedance before and--even more importantly--after installation.
Applications
SUPPORTS CURRENT CATEGORY FIVE APPLICATIONS SUCH AS
100 BASE TX, 100 BASE VG ANYLAN, AND 155 ATM. IDEAL
FOR USE IN HIGH BANDWIDTH EXISTING OR FUTURE
APPLICATIONS SUCH AS 622 ATM AND GIGABIT ETHERNET.
